Water and Air: Grounded Hips/Free Heart

This practice will be a merging with the spirit of summertime: fluid and rich in form and energy.  We will flow through sequencing that is a nod to one of my early teachers, Shiva Rea; her Water and Air mandala (circular) practices are very beautiful and freeing. My intention is to combine the spirit and energy of a flowing practice with the form and structure that has inspired my recent teaching.

In terms of focus, think hips and heart. I believe this will be the perfect medicine during a hurried time on our sweet little island.

This will be a multi-level, Vinyasa Flow class appropriate for experienced beginners all the way up to very experienced students. Please email me if you have any questions.
