Summer Chill Out: Slow Flow, Yin, Pranayama and Meditation
Summer. It’s beautiful. It’s glorious. And it’s often super busy and exhausting for many of us. This practice will reset your system: slow down, make space, get quiet.
You can expect a slow, Vinyasa style practice (yes, we’ll still sweat and work a bit) combined with Yin poses, pranayama and seated meditation. If you need some medicine for your body, heart and mind, this is it.
The fee for this two hour experience is $25 and pre-registration is required.
