Summer. It’s beautiful. It’s glorious. And it is often super busy, bustling and exhausting for many of us. This practice will reset your system. Slow down, make space, get quiet.
You can expect a slow, Vinyasa-style practice (yes, we will still sweat and work a bit) with a few moderately held Yin poses, followed by deep rest and seated meditation.
The fee for this two hour experience is $25. These practices have been selling out a month in advance, so early registration is recommended.
