Online Loving-kindness Meditation Series

Once per week, 4 week online series beginning February 19th

As the wise teacher Sharon Salzberg says, “Metta – or loving-kindness meditation – is the ability to embrace all parts of ourselves, as well as all parts of the world.”

Two root meanings of the word metta are “gentle” and “friend”. Offering sentiments to all beings, including yourself, can be a deeply moving and healing experience.

We will explore different ways to approach loving-kindness practice over a 4 week period. No prior experience is necessary – total beginners and seasoned meditators are welcome.

Here is what’s on tap:

4 weeks of 1 meditation session per week. Each session will be 15-20 minutes long. Sessions held on Zoom and will be recorded.

Live Zoom sessions Mondays – February 19 & 26, March 4 & 11 at 8:30AM EST.

Live sessions are recorded to make it easy if you can’t attend live and so that you can repeat the practices as many times as you like.

Bonus fifth session (pre-recorded) that will land in your inbox on March 18th.

Recordings are available for an 4 additional weeks after the program ends.

Cost is via sliding scale. Please pay in accordance with what your budget allows.
