November Nourishment: A Vinyasa Flow & Myofascial Release Practice
Wednesday, November 16th 5:30-7:30PM
Here’s the formula: First, a steady Vinyasa Flow yoga practice to create a bit of heat and engagement followed by myofasical release on tennis balls to melt points of tension. Next, we move into relaxed stretches to create length before your body goes into its rest and recovery phase. Savasana and a brief meditation conclude our experience. This practice will aim to open you up, release held tension, and nourish you deeply.
