Jump, stomp, shake, move, groove, make sound and work out the energy that has built up over the winter and then drop in, very deeply, to a restful state. This practice will combine repetitive movements—kriyas in the yogic sense, intervals in the more traditional sense—to build intensity, energy and heat. We’ll then drop into soft, quiet counter-poses to nurture and restore and to allow space to contemplate our experience.
You can expect to breathe deeply, sweat, get stronger, clear out the clutter in a big way and open up more fully. This will be a cathartic practice with a specially curated playlist to move you from the inside out.
