This will be a Vinyasa Flow style practice focused on opening the front body.
Let’s be real, this has been one heck of a long winter and there’s a good chance you’re feeling it. Spring is the season to start creating a sense of lightness in the body and shed that winter energy. Nature is doing it, now it’s our turn. Our bodies store up experiences that, combined with poor posture and the demands of modern life, often leave us slouched and slumped.
We’ll work progressively in this class to offer some relief for the front of the shoulders, the chest, the belly, the hip flexors and the front of the thighs (quadriceps). My hope is that you’ll walk away feeling lighter and freer – in your body, heart and mind.
