Our monthly sadhana for July will be both dynamic and static in nature and aimed at exploring the lower body, specifically, the hamstrings, quads and I.T. bands.
Issues with too much tension or weakness (or a combination of both) can create vulnerability in several areas of the body, including the hips, knees and lower back. When we create a balance of flexibility and strength in both the physical and emotional body, we have the capacity to move through life with greater ease. That sounds pretty good, doesn’t it?
Join in for this sweet, Vinyasa Flow practice in a quiet, beautiful space nestled in the trees. This will be a multi-level class appropriate for students with just a bit of yoga experience all the way up to those who are quite experienced. Please email me if you have any questions.
