This will be a Vinyasa-based practice with a focus on opening up the sides of the body.
The side body has a connection to the hips, to the spine and to the shoulders. When we accumulate tension in the side body, it can impact many other areas and even make it harder to sit up tall and take a deep breath. This practice will allow an opportunity to linger in progressive side-bending postures to create freedom and ease in the shoulders, spine and hips and allow a greater access to the breath.
