This set of seven bands represents the seven Chakras, or energy centers, that run along the central channel of the spine.  Six of the bands are hammered sterling silver, and one band is hammered 14kt yellow gold.

The gold band is to be placed in the order of the Chakra that you feel needs more attention, either physically or emotionally, in your life.
