This vigorous, yet accessible Vinyasa flow class will explore creative, fluid movement combined with purposeful holds in a variety of asanas (postures) with a deep respect for detailed alignment and the breath. Our aim is to awaken and balance the body with both strength and mobility while observing the mind in order to unearth our true potential on and off the mat. You can expect a short meditation at the end of most classes. If you are game for a well-crafted, educational, yet light-hearted take on the practice, this class is for you.
*Please note that this is not “hot yoga”, but the room is heated and you can expect to sweat. Ages 15 and up for all classes please.
