Anxiety, restlessness, sleep and digestive issues, overthinking, overworking and overcommitting are just some of the maladies of modern life. Our yoga practice offers us many ways to approach these imbalances. With a focus on extending the breath, slow rhythmic movements, some longer holds, forward folds, and twists, this practice will allow space to create greater inner stability and the chance to step back and witness the mind and recognize that we are not our thoughts. Moon energy – we need this in our busy lives.
Please join us on the new moon for this multi-level, slow flow practice that will conclude with deep rest and meditation. All are welcome.
