The low back, sacrum and hips join the lower and upper body; it’s the intersection of heaven and earth in our physical human experience, if you will. A steady and balanced amount of strength and openness is crucial here in order to feel at ease both physically and mentally.
This class will be a combination a Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga (moderate-length holds) to explore how we can create stability and freedom.
