Here’s the formula: First, a steady Vinyasa Flow yoga practice to create a bit of heat and engagement, next, myofasical release using tennis balls to melt points of tension, and finally, moderately held Yin yoga postures to create length at rest. You can expect a balanced recipe of equal parts work and letting go. This practice will aim to open, release and restore.
This is a mixed-levels asana practice. The Vinyasa portion will offer just a bit less alignment instruction than usual; it will not be advanced postures and is open to experienced beginners to seasoned students (some basic understanding of alignment and experience with a flow style practice will be helpful). Email Heather if you have any questions.
Pre-registration is required for this class.
