The Re-Set: Slow Flow, Yin & Meditation

Summer.  It’s beautiful.  It’s glorious.  And it’s often super busy and exhausting.  This practice will reset your system: to slow down, make space, get quiet.

You can expect a slow, Vinyasa style practice followed by Yin Yoga poses, a sweet Savasana, a dash of pranayama and then seated meditation.  If you need some medicine for your body, heart and mind, this is it.

The fee for this two hour experience is $25; pre-registration is required.
