The Re-set: Slow Flow, Yin, and Meditation
Summer. It’s beautiful. It’s glorious. And it’s often super busy, bustling and exhausting for many of us. This practice will reset your system. Slow down, make space, get quiet.
You can expect a slow, Vinyasa style practice followed by Yin Yoga poses, a sweet Savasana, a dash of pranayama and then seated meditation. If you need some medicine for your body, heart and mind, this is it.
The fee for this two-hour experience is $25 and pre-registration is required.
