2022 Winter Solstice Yoga Practice

A Winter Solstice Practice of Movement, Breath & Mantra

Join us for a candlelit, slow flow practice for the Winter Solstice – the longest, darkest night of the year. Approximately the last 15-20 minutes of practice will offer call and response chanting of mantras (kirtan) followed by a brief meditation.

Solstice means “the sun standing still” and it’s a potent time to reflect and to plant seeds for the future. We’ll honor the wisdom that the darkness can bring and welcome the light-filled days to come.

Pre-registration is required and space is limited. The investment for the 2 hour experience is $28. Please sign up for your spot in the special events section of the web page.
