Email Heather to place an order. Please be as specific as possible and include the name of the piece, description, quantity and price for each item to insure that your order is filled accurately. VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, personal checks, and money orders are accepted.

Payment
Prices are subject to change due to the fluctuations in the metals market.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, personal check and money order depending on the order method. To pay by personal check or money order, please make it payable to Heather Murray~Jeweler and mail to:

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation. Most orders are filled within two weeks — if rush service is required, please contact Heather.

Shipping
Shipping on jewelry is a flat rate of $10 per order via USPS Priority with delivery confirmation and insurance, but other methods such as UPS and FedEx are available. Additional charges may apply for UPS/FedEx or express methods. Shipping on gift cards is free via USPS First Class. Please contact Heather or make a note during checkout if you have shipping preferences.

We ship to Canada or overseas, but please inquire for specific shipping charges.

Returns
Returns of unworn jewelry will be accepted with prior authorization – please call or email – within fourteen (14) days of purchase with a receipt. A credit will be issued for the return.

Returns are shipped at the customer’s expense. All special order sales are final; sorry, but no returns are accepted.
